At this Party we will create and decorate a set of 3 Treat Bags with Windows! Super Fun to Keep and Share!  You are to make a set of 3 treat bags with a window.  You must include AT LEAST 3 embellishments or decorative items. The bags can be any size, paper, theme..etc. Make it yours! If you don’t have any dies or own a die cutting machine – you can use an object (cookie cutter), stencil or any die cut you have one hand to trace and hand cut. CHALLENGE: Add embossing, texture paste, paint, ink to go a step further with your bags!
